California Bearing Ratio Apparatus- Motorized (Single Speed)

Short info :

A CBR Test Apparatus Motorized Single Speed is a device used to evaluate the bearing capacity of soil subgrades and base courses in construction materials laboratories. It typically consists of a motorized load frame with a single rate of strain, often 1.25 mm/m, and is designed to perform laboratory CBR tests according to various standards such as IS:9669, IS: 2720 (Part XVI), BS 1377, EN13286-47, and ASTM D1883.

MAKE: EPIC      |       MODEL: ETIC-S011

Description:

The CBR (California Bearing Ratio) Test Apparatus Motorized Single Speed is a specialized piece of equipment used in geotechnical engineering to assess the strength and load-bearing capacity of soil and aggregate materials. This apparatus is essential for determining the suitability of materials for use in road construction and other civil engineering projects. Tests are carried out on natural or compacted soils in water soaked or un-soaked conditions and the results so obtained are compared with the curves of standard test to have an idea of the soil strength of the sub grade soil.

Laboratory CBR Apparatus meets the essential requirements of IS:2720 (Part XVI) with the mould as per of IS:9669. The field CBR Apparatus meets the requirements of IS:2720 (Part XXXI).
